On April 27, minimalist composer Terry Riley's shape-shifting opus, In C, is being released by Ghostly International as an IDM-infused rendition.

Riley's most famous work is reinterpreted by the Grand Valley State University New Music Ensemble, a 16-piece Michigan group that recorded the new version live in New York City last November.  The ensemble also released In C Remixed around the same time, but this take on the classic is uninterrupted and includes electronic producer/composer Dennis DeSantis on laptop and effects.
